Happy Valentine's Day

Today Daddy had to leave on a business trip. But we gave him a Valentine's snow globe to wish him a Happy Valentine's Day. We wish the same to all our friends out there reading this blog.

Today we are being lazy and sleeping most of the time. Mommy will go to church later. It takes her a long time to get ready.

Oooooo, spooky!

Last night Mommy took us outside for our last bathroom break before hitting the sack. We heard a noise in the woods. We wanted to run out to see who it was but she had us on our leashes ;-( But there was deifnitely someone watching us and moving in the woods. The moon was out and we could hear other dogs barking. Mommy was spooked. Maybe it was a wolf or coyote?

Brrrr, another ice storm

We had another ice storm. We don't like it when it's that cold out. Taz doesn't like her bottom to touch the ice...so we've been staying indoors where it's toasty and warm.

Early Christmas Present

Mommy got us a new pillow/bed. It's an early Christmas present and we love it!!!

Stray dog

Yesterday we had an exciting day. A stray dog - well, a hunting dog with a blue collar - was in our yard. Taz didn't like it very much so Mommy kept us indoors most of the time but that darn dog wouldn't go away. I think Mommy was on the verge of a nervous breakdown because Taz was barking non-stop and it was driving Mommy nuts!!! Taz was just trying to protect her property.

This morning the dog appeared again and after our walk - poof - it was gone! Good riddance.

Is it Thanksgiving yet?

Mommy said if we're extra special good we can have a little turkey. But that's all. My mommy doesn't believe in feedng us scraps from the table. She doesn't want us to get fat or sick. Table scraps for us dogs are not good anyway.

We hope all our readers have a dog-terrific Thanksgiving. We give thanks - thankful we have such a generous and loving mommy and daddy.

Raining!!!

It's been raining a few days. We don't like it when it rains. It's hard to go outside to pee and poop. But at the same time we like it because the sound of the rain on the windows makes us very sleepy....Zzzzzzzz

Got caught!

Yesterday Mommy caught me lying on the bed (on her pillow). I've been lying on Dad's pillow too. I didn't know I would get caught but really what's the big deal??? Oh well, I'll try to stay off the bed but I can't promise I can keep away. I like the smell of Mommy's hair and well I love to be around her.
